Pregame routine: “I always get Starbucks during lunch the day of the game. After the team dinner we jam out in the car/bus on the way to the gym. I always listen to the same two songs before we play, “Feel my flow,” by Naughty by Nature and “Let’s Go,” by Lil Jon and the East Side Boys. Then someone on the team does devos and our coach gives his pep talk. I tie my shoes, pop in a piece of gum and put on chap stick and warm up. After warm ups I tie my shoes again and spit out my gum and I’m ready to rumble.”
